Jena Choctaw Pines Casino in Louisiana to Host Knightscope’s 80th Robot Roadshow
Knightscope also reports that a Bay Area biotech real-estate development has deployed its first Autonomous Security Robot.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – Knightscope, the developer of autonomous security robots and emergency communication systems, has announced that Jena Choctaw Pines Casino will host the company’s Robot Roadshow on May 9-11, 2023, in Dry Prong, Louisiana. To date, the Knightscope Robot Roadshow has made 79 landings in 24 states and Washington, D.C.
The company’s Robot Roadshow is an engaging experiential event used to forge direct connections with potential clients, and strike up conversations about robotic technologies in a compelling fashion. Demonstrations are conducted by Knightscope experts and take place in a climate controlled “pod” allowing attendees to experience the company’s technologies. Visitors can interact directly with Autonomous Security Robots, test a blue light emergency phone, and see the Knightscope Security Operations Center (KSOC) user interface in action.
There is no charge to participate in, or visit, the Roadshow, the company notes, but appointments are recommended.
Knightscope also reports that a Bay Area biotech real-estate development has deployed its first Autonomous Security Robot – a K1 Tower.
“Knightscope will ultimately patrol a parking garage and monitor the common areas of this new client to help protect the physical and intellectual property under development at this high-tech facility along with the workers who are helping our communities lead healthier lives,” the company states.
Earlier this month, Knightscope announced that the City of New York Police Department signed a pilot contract for Knightscope’s K5 robot to begin patrolling in a Manhattan subway station this summer.
“Technology is here, and we cannot be afraid of it,” said Mayor Adams at a press conference in Times Square. “We are scanning the globe on finding technology that will ensure this city is safe for New Yorkers, visitors and whomever is here. If we were not willing to move forward and use technology on how to properly keep cities safe, then you will not keep up with those who are doing harmful things to hurt New Yorkers.”
