CHELMSFORD, Mass. — Fredrik Nilsson, VP of Americas for video surveillance solutions manufacturer Axis Communications, in conjunction with Taylor & Francis Group’s CRC Press, has released the third edition of Intelligent Network Video: Understanding Modern Video Surveillance Systems (Intelligent Network Video).
Since the first edition was launched in 2008, “technology has advanced at an accelerated pace, profoundly impacting the way we live and work,” according to the Axis announcement.
The latest version of the book “traces the trajectory of video surveillance technology from its roots to its current state, while also highlighting its future potential,” the announcement says.
