FAST Extends 2023 Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Study Deadline to Nov. 17
FAST’s 2023 compensation and benefits study will provide insights into salaries and benefits across the security industry.
DALLAS – The Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST) has extended the deadline the 2023 Security Industry Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Study until Friday, Nov. 17.
This survey “will provide invaluable insights into salaries and benefits across the security industry, empowering decision-makers to recruit, hire, and retain top talent effectively,” according to the foundation announcement last month.
“The security industry plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our communities and businesses, and understanding compensation and benefits trends is crucial for its continued growth and excellence,” the FAST announcement says.
“FAST, in collaboration with prominent industry partners such as the Security Industry Association (SIA), Electronic Security Association (ESA), PSA Security Network and Security Sales and Integration, is committed to providing the most comprehensive and accurate data possible.”
“This is a golden opportunity for more industry professionals to continue to contribute their invaluable insights, shaping a comprehensive and impactful study,” says FAST executive director Aiden O’Brien. “By working together to understand the compensation trends in the industry, all companies who participate will benefit from this data.
“We hope all companies in the industry take advantage of this extension and participate in this study,” he says.
Widespread responses to the survey are “invaluable in creating a detailed and accurate picture of our industry’s compensation landscape, allowing for a clear benchmark for your business and the industry at large,” says O’Brien, calling the effort a “significant initiative” that will “shape the future of our industry.”
