DSI Security Services Announces Rebranding Initiative and Kent Calhoun’s Promotion
Rebranding decision reflects DSI Security Services’ commitment to keeping up with technological advancements in the security industry.

DOTHAN, Ala. – Security solutions provider DSI Security Services has announced a significant rebranding initiative. Effective immediately, the company’s electronic security solutions division will be called DSI Security Technology Solutions.
This rebranding decision “reflects DSI Security Services’ commitment to keeping up with technological advancements in the security industry,” according to the company announcement.
“As security needs evolve, the company understands the importance of integrating state-of-the-art technology to provide clients with cutting-edge security solutions,” the announcement says.
“We’re thrilled to introduce DSI Security Technology Solutions as the new face of our electronic security offerings,” says Deavours Clark, senior vice president of operations/technology, in the company announcement. “This rebranding reflects our dedication to innovation and our mission to provide our clients with the most advanced security technology solutions.”
DSI Security Technology Solutions “will continue providing comprehensive security technology services, including advanced surveillance systems with AI-powered analytics, robotics, autonomous devices, access control solutions, and intrusion detection systems,” according to the company announcement.
Kent Calhoun Promoted to VP of Technology Solutions
Additionally, Kent Calhoun has been promoted to DSI’s vice president of technology solutions. He will be responsible “for developing and implementing innovative technological solutions that meet the evolving needs of DSI Security Services’ clients,” the company announcement says.
Calhoun’s expertise in emerging technologies and strategic vision “make him a natural leader for this critical organizational role,” according to the announcement.
“I’m honored and excited to take on this new challenge as Vice President of Technology Solutions at DSI Security Services,” said Kent Calhoun. “I look forward to working closely with our talented team to continue delivering cutting-edge security solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.”
Under Calhoun’s leadership, DSI Security Services “aims to remain at the forefront of the security industry, leveraging the latest technologies to address the ever-changing security landscape,” according to the company announcement.
