The Marvel Award is presented annually to an overall winner for the “best adoption of new technology to advance your business.”
McLEAN, Va. — Sentry AI and USA Central Station earned the 2022 TMA/SSI Monitoring Technology Marvel Award for their joint AI-based video monitoring solution.
Sentry AI’s Head of Marketing Hien Nguyen and USA Central Station National Account Executive Tom Camarda accepted the award during a virtual ceremony.
The Marvel Award is co-sponsored by Security Sales & Integration and The Monitoring Association and coordinated by the TMA Technology Committee. The objective of the Marvel is to provide recognition for monitoring centers creating and/or using cutting-edge technology, and to raise awareness of these new technologies.

The integration makes it possible to monitor even challenging cameras that generate too many false alarms, provide monitoring agents the insights they need to react promptly to security incidents, and equip security dealers with the tools to ensure system health, according to the companies.
