RGB Spectrum Announces QuadView IPXe Display
RGB Spectrum introduces its QuadView IPXe, all-in-one multi-image encoder, decoder and display processor that delivers 4K 60Hz images.
ALAMEDA, Calif. — Helping monitoring stations and mission control rooms, RGB Spectrum has introduced its new QuadView IPXe all-in-one multi-image encoder, decoder and display processor.
The company explains that its latest product displays multiple video sources simultaneously on a single screen in customizable layouts, and it supports a range of resolutions, including 4K at 60Hz. RGB Spectrum also explains that its next-generation QuadView IPXe offers both HDMI and IP input capabilities.
According to the company, when using its new QuadView solution, IP streams can be decoded and viewed to allow for a mix of local and remote locations to display video. RGB Spectrum notes the system supports the ability to mix-and-match input source types and resolutions, and it enables the scaling of any video source up to a 4K resolution.
Moreover, the Quadview product provides the ability to mix sources including analog and digital inputs and outputs, as well as audio that is embedded in HDMI and IP sources.
RGB Spectrum states the QuadView IPXe multi-viewer is a small, desktop package that enables users to choose from 12 HDMI and IP sources to display to display four images simultaneously.
In addition, the system also provides encoding of baseband video inputs, as well as the multi-image output for remote viewing over a LAN or WAN for VTC applications, or it can be used as a desktop communications hub for mission critical 24/7 environments.
