This acquisition follows Alert 360’s additional expansion in other regions during the past year.
As part of this acquisition, Alert 360 will now provide security service, security system upgrades, and technical support to former Coastal Security customers.
“We have no choice other than to put these issues in the hands of a jury … and look forward to presenting our case,” says Richard Ginsburg, Alert 360 CEO.
Alarm Capital Alliance is the acquisition vehicle of My Alarm Center and Alert 360, which merged last November.
The combined company will create one of the largest, full-service residential and commercial security companies in the United States.
Alert 360 promoted from within to fill positions in support of its growing branch network across the United States.
The center will provide Tulsa consumers a user-friendly, hands-on experience with home security, business security and smart home solutions.
Catina joined Alert 360 in 2014 as director of information systems and was named chief accounting officer last year.
