PER MAR SECURITY ACQUIRES ACCOUNTS AND ASSETS OF MID-AMERICAN SECURITY’S QUAD CITIES DIVISION
DAVENPORT, Iowa
Per Mar Security Services has acquired the accounts and assets of the Quad Cities Division of Mid-American Security & Systems for an undisclosed amount. The purchase includes both security alarm monitoring and lock services. Per Mar will service the security alarm customers through its Quad Cities branch office located in Davenport, Iowa. The lock portion of the business (formerly Bettendorf Lock) will be served by Quint City Security Safe & Lock Inc. through a strategic alliance with Per Mar. “We have been in the Quad Cities area for almost 50 years and are very pleased to continue our expansion with the acquisition of these customer relationships,” says Blake Finch, regional vice president for Per Mar. “We realize that, as a security company, we have been placed in a position of tremendous responsibility and we take that responsibility seriously.”
Established in 1953, Per Mar provides integrated security and fire alarm services, uniformed security officer services, investigative services, fire extinguisher and suppression services, and special event services. The company monitors more than 25,000 customers from its UL-Listed central station in Davenport. Quint City Security Safe & Lock is a full-service lock and safe company with roots going back to 1926.
